HOW CAN SCRUBPLAN SAVE MONEY ON MY PROJECT?
ScrubPlan will organize each equipment and material type by specification section to allow you to view an easy to ready/ complete snapshot of that scope of work. Please reference our Case Studies page for more example of how ScrubPlan can be used.
HOW ACCURATE ARE THE RESULTS?
Within the MEP, fire protection, and low voltage trades, ScrubPlan averages 95% accuracy. All other trades will average 90% accuracy.
WHAT TYPES OF FILES CAN BE UPLOADED TO SCRUBPLAN?
ScrubPlan is utilized to create project specific scopes of work from Construction Drawings. Specifications are typically not uploaded. The Construction Drawings need to be in a readable PDF format for best results.
WHAT PHASE OF THE PROJECT DESIGN SHOULD SCRUBPLAN BE USED?
ScrubPlan should being to be utilized during the Design Development or 50% set of design documents and all subsequent drawings sets.
WHAT PHASE OF THE PROJECT CONSTRUCTION SHOULD SCRUBPLAN BE USED?
In order to save the most money on your project, ScrubPlan should be used while estimating the project by the preconstruction team, then should be used as resource during the estimate turnover and while the operations teams are writing subcontracts. ScrubPlan is even beneficial while reviewing submittals to make sure all shop drawings capture the design intent.
